1. Acceptance
By using Khel Mate you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Refund policies.
2. Service description
Khel Mate connects users with sports venues for booking courts. We facilitate bookings and payments; the court access is provided by the venue.
3. Service delivery (no physical shipping)
We do not ship goods. Service delivery means: (a) booking confirmation and slot details sent to you, and (b) your right to access the venue at the booked time. Venue rules apply on-site.
4. Accounts and bookings
You must provide accurate information. Bookings are subject to availability and our Refund Policy for cancellations.
5. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. PayFast, EasyPaisa, JazzCash). You agree to their terms. Prices are as shown at checkout.
6. Limitation of liability
Khel Mate is not liable for venue conduct or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.
