Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

Khel Mate is a booking platform for sports venues. We do not sell physical goods; refunds apply to cancelled or unsuccessful bookings as set out below.

2. Cancellation by you

  • 24+ hours before slot: Full refund to your original payment method (or wallet), subject to venue rules.
  • Less than 24 hours before: No refund; we may offer credit or reschedule at the venue’s discretion.
  • No-show: No refund or credit.

3. Cancellation by venue or Khel Mate

If a venue or Khel Mate cancels your booking (e.g. maintenance, emergency), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the same payment method used (card, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.). Delays may apply based on your bank or wallet provider.
